“Otwarte Serca Dzieciom” Association operating in Kuźnia Raciborska at ul. Mickiewicza 7 runs the Administration Centre for the following Care and Educational Institutions:

- Care and Educational Institution in Racibórz
- Care and Educational Institution in Cyprzanów
- Care and Educational Institution in Samborowice
The tasks of our institution include:
- round-the-clock care for the charges - satisfying the necessary living and developmental needs, including emotional, social and religious ones,
- work with the children’s family - help in crisis situations,
- cooperation with care and adoption centres,
- making a systematic diagnosis of psychological, educational, health and family situation of the child,
- organising summer and winter activities, participation in educational, cultural, sports and recreational activities,
- supporting development by enabling education, assisting in learning, developing interests and individualising educational interactions.
